Back
at Sea! - Oct 14-15
Bob
woke to a bad cold - stuffy, runny nose, sore throat, the whole bit.
In
Fiji, Australian customs officers came aboard to process everyone
while at sea, minimizing the hassle in Sydney!
We
attended a presentation in the Pharaoh's Palace only to emerge to
find a crew member saying "Don't wait until your assigned time
to pass Australian customs - there is a very short line!" So we
hot footed it up to the cabin and got our forms. When we entered the
Versailles Lounge, Naomi from guest services said she'd like to have
us meet her for a photo between 4 and 6 PM.
Next
morning, we were greeted on the Lido Deck with some fruit sculpture
Bob
was feeling better but only a little!
|
Our cabin steward was always very creative with the evening towel animals!
|
During
dinner, they had a congo line which Theresa and Judy joined!
|
Next,
we arrived early for a story session with Stu to find a dance class
in session teaching passengers how to dance the zombie dance from
Michael Jackson's "Thriller" music video.
|
Finally,
Stu Dunn, the Cruise Director regaled us with more cruise ship
stories.
